Look outside to a garden of green
The yellow trumpets of daffodils
sound the fanfare of spring
And all sorts of colours leak up from the earth
Praising the air, thanking the rain
and worshiping the warm sun
The shapes and fronds of each grass,
each reed, an individual in a chorus of quiet breeze
as the total variety of our world
comes to light
